Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Custom Rigid Boxes Online, on custom-rigid-boxes.online or through a quotation, you accept the terms below.

1. Quotes and prices

We price each job from its size, quantity, material and printing. A quote holds for 30 days; changing the specification may alter it. Prices are shown in US dollars.

2. Artwork and proofs

We send a digital proof before printing. You are responsible for checking text, layout, colours and sizes on it. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof, and your approval is final. You confirm that you own or may use all artwork, logos and text you send us.

3. Payment

Orders placed in the website shop are paid by cash on delivery. Orders placed by quote are paid by invoice before production begins.

4. Production and delivery

Standard production is 7–10 business days after proof approval, and rush production 5 business days. We ship free within the USA; transit takes about 3–5 business days. We cannot guarantee carrier timings. Delivered quantity may differ slightly from the order, which is usual for printed goods.

5. Returns, reprints and refunds

Custom orders cannot be returned. Our Returns & Refunds page sets out when we reprint and when we refund, and forms part of these terms.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel without charge before approving the proof. Approved orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Limitation of liability

If something goes wrong, our responsibility does not exceed what you paid for the order in question, and does not extend to indirect loss such as lost business.

8. This website

Product photos show examples of our work. Because every order is custom, your finished boxes will differ. The content of this site belongs to Custom Rigid Boxes Online and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Custom Rigid Boxes Online is registered.

10. Changes

If we revise these terms, the revision applies to orders placed after it is published here.
