A box that fits only your product
Stock boxes come in someone else’s sizes. When the box is built for your product the fit is snug, the insert does the protecting, and the first thing your customer sees is your own colours instead of tissue and filler.

Three details are enough: size, quantity and style.
Frequently asked questions
How much do custom rigid boxes cost?
Four things set the price: size, style, finish and quantity. Larger boxes use more board, magnetic and drawer styles take more hand work than a lift-off lid, and foil or embossing needs a die. The unit price falls quickly as quantity rises, so ask for prices at two or three quantities.
What is the difference between a full and a partial telescope lid?
A full telescope lid slides down over the whole base, so the closed box looks like one block. A partial telescope lid covers only the top part and leaves the base showing, often in a contrasting colour.
What is a shoulder-neck rigid box?
It is a lid and base box with an inner tray that stands above the base to form a neck. The lid sits on that neck and meets the base at the shoulder. The extra layer of board makes it the sturdiest rigid style.
Do custom rigid boxes come in standard sizes?
There is no fixed standard, because a custom box is made to the product. Sizes around 5 × 5 × 2 inches for small gifts and 4.5 × 6 × 2 inches for magnetic boxes are common starting points, and any length, width and height can be made.
How do I choose the board thickness?
1.5 mm suits small, light items such as jewellery. 2 mm is the usual choice for gift, cosmetic and apparel boxes. 3 mm is for large boxes or heavy contents like bottles and electronics.
Which closure should I pick: magnets, ribbon or a plain lid?
Hidden magnets give a clean snap and suit boxes that are opened many times. Ribbon ties add a gift feel at lower cost. A plain lift-off lid has no hardware at all, which keeps the box fully paper-based.
Can a rigid box be shipped on its own?
A rigid box is presentation packaging. For parcel shipping, place it inside a corrugated mailer or shipper so the corners and wrap arrive unmarked. Fold-flat rigid boxes lower the freight cost of getting empty boxes to you.
Can I order custom rigid boxes online without a designer?
Yes. Send your logo and a note about colours; our team places them on the template and sends a digital proof. You can ask for changes until it looks right, and nothing is made before you approve.
Can I order just a few custom boxes?
No minimum order. A small first batch is fine, and the same specification can be reordered later.
When will my custom boxes arrive?
Production takes 7–10 business days after you approve the proof, and free delivery in the USA takes 3–5 business days. Rush production is available in 5 business days.
